After initial customer contact, an on-site inspection is arranged to understand the customer's needs and wishes.
The next step is the study of the available space based on the characteristics of the building that the garden will encompass, and the best realisation proposal is defined, taking not only aesthetics into account but also the functionality and liveability of the green area.
The proposal will be presented to the customer by means of demonstration photos and renderings, which will then be discussed and adjusted; a quote for the proposed work will simultaneously be provided.
The works start upon acceptance by the customer. The work is delivered on a "turnkey" basis, with the assurance that the project will be fully supervised by Vivaio Botturi.
